2. Acceptance, Eligibility, and Scope
By accessing, using, or placing an order on hiringbe.com, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms of service contained in these Terms and Conditions. You also accept the policies referred to in this document, including the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Hiringbe.
These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and Hiringbe (referred to as “Hiringbe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the provider of the Hiringbe website and the services accessible from it (which are collectively referred to as the “Service” or “Hiringbe Service”).
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Hiringbe Service. In these Terms and Conditions, “you” refers to both you as an individual and the entity you represent.
The service is directed exclusively to individuals over 18 years of age.
3. Services
We provide recruitment and selection services for employer clients. The Service, as described on this platform, includes:
- Posting of job vacancies.
- Receipt and analysis of CVs/portfolios.
- Contacting and interviewing candidates.
- Creation of professional summaries.
- Presentation of shortlists of candidates to employer clients.
The final hiring decision corresponds solely and exclusively to the employer client.
4. Information Submission and Authorizations
You commit to providing truthful, accurate, and lawful information when using our Services. By submitting your information, you authorize us to:
i. Contact you for recruitment and selection processes. ii. Share professional summaries (created by us from your information) with our employer clients. iii. Transfer your original CV to the employer client only if they request it and you grant us your express authorization for such transfer.
Do not send special categories of data (e.g., health data, ideology, racial or ethnic origin, genetic or biometric data) or any other sensitive information that is not strictly required for the selection process.
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, “Suggestions”) provided by you to Hiringbe with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Hiringbe. Hiringbe shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.
In the event that you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data or proposals, including ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies or promotions, you expressly agree that such submissions will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of Hiringbe without any compensation or credit to you whatsoever. Hiringbe and its affiliates shall have no obligations with respect to such submissions or posts and may use the ideas contained in such submissions or posts for any purposes in any medium in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services using such ideas.
5. License and Acceptable Use
Hiringbe grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the website strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Acceptable Use: It is strictly prohibited to: a) Engage in illicit, illegal, or activities contrary to good faith and public order. b) Breach the security of the site or attempt to access restricted areas. c) Distribute malware, viruses, spam, or any other harmful code. d) Infringe on the intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties. e) Upload or transmit illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violence-inciting content. f) Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover the source code of our systems. g) Bypass the technical protection mechanisms implemented on the website.
Additional Restrictions: You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the website or make the platform available to any third party.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the website.
- Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Hiringbe or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the website.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
We may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications and other products or services) or provide links to third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Services”).
We integrate services from Tally, Google (Workspace/Drive, email forwarding), Cloudflare, Hostinger, and Brevo. Each third party has its own terms and policies. Review their conditions before using them.
You acknowledge and agree that Hiringbe shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked by us.
When you use a link to go from our Services to another website, our Terms and Conditions are no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website is subject to that site’s own rules and policies. Such third parties may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.
7. Advertising, Cookies, and Measurement
Hiringbe uses “Cookies” to identify the areas of our website that you have visited, to enhance performance and functionality. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. Although they are not essential for their use, without them, certain functionalities like videos may become unavailable or you might be required to enter your login details every time you visit the site. We never place Personally Identifiable Information in Cookies.
For the operation of the site and performance measurement, we use tags and advertising services such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, Google Ads (gtag), LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Meta Pixel, managed through Google Tag Manager (GTM).

8. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party content, the website and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, trademarks, and code) are owned by Hiringbe, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Mexico and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Its exploitation, copying, modification, reproduction, downloading, or distribution in any way, in whole or in part, is prohibited, except as permitted by law and these Terms, without the prior written permission of Hiringbe. Any unauthorized use of the material is prohibited.
9. Liability and Warranties
We act as intermediaries between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee obtaining a job or the continuity or availability of the published vacancies.
The website is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with all faults and defects and without warranty of any kind. Hiringbe offers no warranty or undertaking that the website will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible with other software, operate without interruption, or be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude our liability for acts of God or force majeure. In no event shall the Hiringbe team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Notwithstanding any damages that you may incur, the entire liability of Hiringbe and any of its suppliers under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the website.
This clause does not limit or exclude liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it affect the inalienable rights that correspond to you under applicable regulations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Hiringbe and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors (if any) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your: (a) use of the website; (b) violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party.
11. Changes to the Terms and Service
We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the update date at the top of this page. If the changes are relevant, we will notify you by appropriate means (e.g., through our Service) before they take effect, giving you the opportunity to review them.
By continuing to access or use our website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Hiringbe and may delete your account.
Hiringbe also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. This may include patches, bug fixes, updates, and other modifications (“Updates”) that may modify or delete certain features of the website. You agree that Hiringbe has no obligation to provide any Updates.
12. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Hiringbe.
Hiringbe may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of it. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.
You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the website and all copies thereof from your computer, or by simply ceasing to use the Service. If you do not wish to accept these Terms or any updates, you may delete your account.
Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the website. Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Hiringbe’s rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
Any controversy, dispute, action, or other disagreement arising out of or related to the Services or this agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City. You and Hiringbe waive the right to litigate disputes in court before a judge or jury, except for disputes related to injunctive or equitable relief regarding the enforcement or validity of your intellectual property rights.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that may be applicable in your country of residence.
Dispute resolution mechanisms in the EU/EEA: The European Commission’s ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform has been discontinued. If you reside in this region, you may turn to the national ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) mechanisms available in your Member State.
You and Hiringbe agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Hiringbe with respect to your use of the website and supersedes all prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: No failure or delay in exercising any right or power under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or power. Any waiver will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hiringbe.
- Typographical Errors: In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.
- Promotions: We may, from time to time, offer contests, promotions, or sweepstakes (“Promotions”). All Promotions may be governed by separate rules that may contain eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to read and comply with such rules.
- Copyright Infringement Notice: If you are a copyright owner and you believe that any material on our website constitutes an infringement, please contact us with the required information: (a) signature of the owner, (b) identification of the material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith, and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
