Job Description

At Hiringbe we are looking for human development specialists to drive institutional Performance Evaluation for STPS. Your role will be critical to designing and executing evaluation processes that objectively measure staff performance and identify growth opportunities. You will directly contribute to fostering a culture of merit and empowering the talent of the agency's collaborators.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related. Professional license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and execution of institutional performance evaluation models.
  • Proficiency in human talent analysis and career planning tools.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: High school
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and execution of institutional performance evaluation models.
  • Languages: Spanish Native

Responsibilities

  • Manage the evaluation cycle of staff competencies and goal completion.
  • Analyze results to identify talent gaps and propose training plans.
  • Coordinate evaluation logistics ensuring a clear, impartial, and efficient process.
  • Guide area leaders in providing constructive and objective feedback.
  • Consolidate performance reports to support development and talent management decisions.
