Job Description

At Hiringbe we are seeking a methodological profile to govern human capital master data in the Information Update Deputy Directorate for STPS. This position is key to ensuring data quality, transparency, and proper management of the payroll budget. Your work will allow the institution to make agile decisions based on auditable and reliable personnel records.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Information Technology, or related. Professional license required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading payroll management, HR systems, and personnel databases.
  • Deep knowledge of Chapter 1000 budget and internal control methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration and safeguarding of the master human capital database.
  • Ensure information consistency between payroll, internal systems, and transparency portals.
  • Design efficient processes for the continuous updating of files and rosters.
  • Handle internal audits providing clear accountability of positions and budget exercised.
  • Ensure compliance with transparency and personal data protection regulations.
