Job Description

At Hiringbe we are seeking operational leaders to coordinate labor surveillance efforts in the Inspection Department for STPS. This position is key to structuring strategic deployments of inspectors and ensuring that files have legal strength. You will have the opportunity to proactively promote a culture of decent work and raise regulatory compliance standards in companies.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Administration, or related. Professional license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams or overseeing auditing, legal, or regulatory compliance processes.
  • Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety, and current labor legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan labor inspection strategies and operations in the assigned region.
  • Guide the team of inspectors, ensuring the quality and objectivity of their actions.
  • Analyze files to confirm their correct integration and legal viability.
  • Monitor productivity indicators to optimize response times.
  • Actively promote regulatory compliance serving as a technical liaison with companies.
