Your main objective will be to maintain the institution's operational continuity, ensuring that hardware, software, and networks function optimally. Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Engineering Degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related (graduate or degree).
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in level 2 technical support, networks, and telecommunications.
  • Technical certifications in IT service management are highly valued.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in level 2 technical support, networks, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for the agile resolution of equipment and network incidents.
  • Configure and manage unified communications and videoconferencing infrastructures.
  • Monitor institutional systems to prevent operational interruptions.
  • Document solutions and keep the team's knowledge bases updated.
  • Ensure that end-user equipment complies with IT security policies.
