Job Description

At Hiringbe we are seeking technical telecommunications talent to maintain and optimize the network and telephony infrastructure for STPS. In this position, you will manage communication architectures ensuring high availability for all users. Your work will be essential to keep all areas connected and operational through modern and efficient technological solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Engineering Degree in Telecommunications, Systems, or related (graduate or degree).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IP PBX administration, network infrastructure, and corporate telephony.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in SIP, VoIP protocols, and voice architectures.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IP PBX administration, network infrastructure, and corporate telephony.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the comprehensive telecommunications platform, PBXs, and IP telephony.
  • Execute configurations, advanced routing, and maintenance of corporate extensions.
  • Monitor voice traffic and ensure quality of service (QoS) on the network.
  • Manage link providers ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Support modernization and migration projects towards new voice technologies.
