Job Description

At Hiringbe we are looking for a labor relations expert to lead the Deputy Directorate of Personnel Movements for STPS. In this role, you will be responsible for processing the employee lifecycle flawlessly, from onboarding to offboarding. Your accuracy and authority will ensure talent mobility within the regulatory framework, supporting the development of the Professional Career Service with transparency.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, Labor Law, or related. Professional license required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of solid experience coordinating payroll operations, onboarding, offboarding, and labor relations.
  • Expert knowledge of administrative processes in the Federal Public Administration and hiring guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administrative execution of hires, leaves, promotions, and terminations.
  • Oversee incident processing ensuring the timely payment of payroll and benefits.
  • Monitor compliance with Professional Career Service guidelines in every movement.
  • Maintain strict documentary controls to prevent operational and legal risks.
  • Manage strategic communication with tax and social security authorities.
