Job Description

At Hiringbe we are looking for executive talent to join the Process Directorate for the Ministry of Health (SSA). This position will allow you to apply your experience in operational analysis and continuous improvement to evolve highly specialized hospital management. Your leadership will be key to implementing quality controls, ensuring administrative traceability, and guaranteeing that every modernization results in safer and more humane patient care.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Public Policy, Quality Systems, or Health Administration. Professional license required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial organization, operational auditing, or hospital management.
  • Proficiency in situational analysis tools and continuous improvement methodologies in healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that improvement initiatives maintain operational continuity and efficiency.
