Job Description 🧾

At Hiringbe we are looking for operational leadership for the General Services Directorate for the Ministry of Health (SSA). Your organizational skills will be essential to ensure the continuity and quality of institutional operations. Through strict administrative discipline and regulatory management, you will be in charge of optimizing resources, supervising support services, and guaranteeing safe and functional spaces for all collaborators.

Mandatory Requirements ✅

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. Professional license required.
• Minimum of 7 years of executive experience in general services management, procurement, or public administration.
• Proven mastery of federal procurement regulations and material resource administration.

Responsibilities 🎯

• Direct the provision of general services and the maintenance of institutional infrastructure.
• Oversee contracting processes and the administration of support services.
• Optimize the allocated budget through effective operating expense controls.
• Ensure compliance with civil protection and safety regulations in the facilities.
• Coordinate operational staff and providers ensuring optimal service level agreements.
