Job Description

At Hiringbe we are looking for professionals with a high analytical and justice-driven sense to join the Federal Labor Inspection for STPS. In this position, you will be responsible for auditing and documenting labor conditions at a national level. Your fieldwork will be critical to ensuring that workplaces operate under safety and legality standards, thereby protecting the rights of the working class.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Industrial Relations, or related. Professional license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the labor field, regulatory compliance auditing, or inspection.
  • Full availability to conduct comprehensive fieldwork and visit workplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Execute inspection visits to workplaces to verify compliance with labor regulations.
  • Evaluate working conditions, safety measures, health, and technical training.
  • Draw up detailed minutes collecting documentary evidence with accuracy and objectivity.
  • Identify irregularities and occupational risks that may violate employees' rights.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports as a foundation for administrative procedures.
