Job Description

At Hiringbe we are looking for committed legal talent to join the Legal Directorate of Guidance and Management for CONAMED. In this role, you will be a fundamental piece in channeling and addressing healthcare service complaints with sensitivity and transparency. Your work will ensure that legal guidance is clear and lawful, protecting citizen confidentiality and transforming complex legal processes into accessible solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law. Professional license required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in national law, legislation, and legal analysis.
  • Certification of specialized technical knowledge in complaint management and health law.

Responsibilities

  • Critically analyze the legal and medical documentation presented by users.
  • Oversee the proper integration of files to facilitate the continuity of the procedure.
  • Issue rigorous opinions on the admission, rejection, or dismissal of complaints received.
  • Provide specialized legal guidance and properly channel matters outside our scope.
  • Protect information confidentiality by ensuring regulatory compliance.
