Job Description

At Hiringbe we are looking for legal professionals with exceptional analytical ability to join the Legal Analysis team for STPS. Your work will focus on meticulously evaluating labor inspection files to determine the appropriateness of sanctions. Your technical rigor and writing clarity will ensure that every resolution is fair, supported, and legally sound before any authority.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law. Professional license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in legal analysis, labor law, or administrative law.
  • Excellent legal argumentation and high-level technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct exhaustive analyses of minutes and irregularities detected in labor inspections.
  • Draft agreements, resolutions, and legal opinions founded flawlessly.
  • Systematize jurisprudential criteria applicable to sanctioning procedures.
  • Provide technical advice to operational areas to ensure correct legal interpretation.
  • Manage procedural times, avoiding expirations in the resolution of files.
