Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Medicine. Professional license required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in health law, public administration, clinical sciences, or forensic medicine.
  • Certification of specialized technical knowledge in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the resolution phase of the medical arbitration process, ensuring impartial and well-founded decisions.
  • Coordinate expert and arbitral management at the institutional level, safeguarding the technical quality of each file.
  • Chair plenary sessions providing methodological and regulatory rigor.
  • Ensure that all resolutions comply with the healthcare legal framework and respect users' rights.
  • Promote continuous improvement in the area to optimize service and resolution times.
